Job Summary
Pull and prepare raw material for machining orders, operate a band saw to cut metal stock, and deliver finished goods to appropriate departments. Polish and deburr parts to meet quality standards while maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the shop. Assist with routine machine area maintenance and follow all safety procedures using required PPE. This full-time role in West Jordan supports efficient workflow in Falcon Shocks' machining department, where precision craftsmanship elevates off-road performance components.
Required Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Must be able to stand, stoop, reach, and climb ladders for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs frequently and heavier loads with team assistance
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team
