Job Summary
Machine Setter responsible for first-line maintenance, tooling and product changeovers in the manufacturing cell, ensuring quality, process control, and continuous improvement; supports training/mentoring of colleagues, and may cover related duties in adjacent roles. Based in Featherstone, UK on 12-hour shift patterns (days/nights/weekends) in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Requires mechanical qualification level 2 or higher, ability to follow procedures, strong problem-solving, teamwork, and a proactive mindset to uphold HSSE and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Mechanical qualification level 2 or above
- Ability to follow written company procedures
- Reliable timekeeping and attendance
