Machine Set-up Technician

Machine Set-up Technician responsible for setting up equipment to meet production schedules and quality standards, documenting setup sheets, troubleshooting to resolve production issues, and performing preventive maintenance. Must operate and monitor machines, manage material handling, maintain a safe/clean work environment, train on additional machine groups, and contribute to Lean Six Sigma initiatives. Strong mechanical/technical aptitude, good communication, and ability to document measurements (caliper/micrometer) and SPC/ISO basics are valued. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement in a manufacturing setting. Shift: second shift (3:30pm-12:00am with Friday 4:00pm-12:30am); compensation includes starting hourly range of $25.06-$30.30 plus $1.00 shift differential.
