Machine Sales Representative

Create visit activity plans based on the customer list to ensure effective coverage in the assigned territory. Conduct customer visits to assess equipment condition, present product offerings and pricing, and generate opportunities leading to successful closures. Record visit activities, opportunity updates, and customer issues into the system to maintain accurate sales information. Coordinate inquiries and operational issues, provide recommendations, and communicate findings to support timely resolution. Provide customer quotations based on agreed solutions and approved pricing, then manage the order to payment process including PO receipt, invoicing, and AR collection. Maintain accurate customer data, forecasts, and pipeline information to support planning and provide insights on market trends. Monitor receivables, follow up on outstanding payments, and assess customer creditworthiness to support healthy cash flow.
