Job Summary
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electro-mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control systems including numerical controls, power supplies, drives, and test equipment. Perform preventive maintenance functions, install, start up, and shut down equipment per OSHA requirements, and execute welding, fabrication, and machine operations such as drilling, lathe, and mill work. Maintain housekeeping, level, and align equipment while reading manuals, diagrams, and work orders. Requires Journeyman Maintenance Technician Card or five years of equivalent experience in mechanical, electro-mechanical, and fluid power systems. This role supports INNIO Group's global distributed energy solutions provider mission, enabling scalable power generation for data centers, microgrids, and industrial applications.
Required Qualifications
- Journeyman Maintenance Technician Card
- 5 years equivalent experience in the following areas: Mechanical including welding and fabrication
- Electro-Mechanical
- Hydraulic fluid power
- Pneumatics
- Journeyman Machine Repairmen Card
- 5 years equivalent experience
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Okuma equipment
- Experience with Makino equipment
- Experience with WFL equipment
- Experience with Pama equipment
- Experience with Fanuc and Siemens controls
- Experience with older manual and automatic grinding equipment
- Must be a collaborative team player
- Willing to take ownership of decisions
- Be a results-oriented self-starter
- Must be able to work effectively in all environments
- Must have strong troubleshooting skills
- Must have strong root cause analysis skills
- Knowledge of boiler and HVAC systems
- Previous knowledge of preventative maintenance systems
- Previous maintenance lead person experience
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and coordinate several projects simultaneously
- Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact
- Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes and provide efficient solutions
