Job Summary
Set up CNC machinery according to blueprints and load raw materials to perform drilling, grinding, and milling tasks. Translate job instructions into computer commands while inspecting finished products against requirements using measuring devices like calipers and machinist scales. Maintain equipment daily, clean the work area, and adhere to all safety guidelines. Capable of lifting up to 75lbs and passing pre-employment background checks, drug screens, and physical capacity tests. Join the pre-fabrication team on D shift (6:00pm–6:00am, Thursday–Saturday with every other Wednesday).
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated knowledge & proper use of measuring devices such as calipers, square, protractor and reading a machinist scale
- Ability to read blueprints
- Strong mathematic skills including fractional/decimal conversion
- Capable of lifting up to 75lbs
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check, drug screen, physical capacity test and breath alcohol test
