Job Summary
Maintain and promote the Tyson safety culture by providing daily guidance and ensuring compliance with management directives in the Cut-Up Area. Set up lines for production, complete assigned tasks, and assist, train, and encourage team members in their areas of responsibility. Complete various log sheets and perform any other duties assigned by management. Perform physical tasks including walking, bending, standing, and lifting up to 70 pounds frequently while adapting to warm, cold, wet, or humid conditions. This role requires 3 months of work history with one employer listed and prefers 3 months of operator experience.
Required Qualifications
- 3 months of work history with one employer listed on the application
- Prefer 3 months of Operator experience
- Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
- Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds on a frequent basis
- Must be able to walk
- Must be able to bend
- Must be able to stand
- Must be available for 2ND SHIFT
- Must be willing to complete background check
- Must be able to complete various log sheets
- Must be able to set up line(s) for production
- Must be able to complete each job in the Cut-Up area

- Must be able to perform various positions as required/assigned
- Must be able to provide guidance and ensure compliance with management directives to Team Members on a daily basis in the Cut-Up Area
