Job Summary
Operate machinery to ensure continuous product flow and adjust settings as needed while monitoring ingredient usage. Perform metal detections, quality inspections, and USDA-required paperwork, including reading and writing necessary forms. Prepare production equipment per schedule, conduct minor maintenance, and assist with changeover adjustments. Interact with line leads to determine setup and operation, providing assistance to lower-level team members and training new hires. Work the 1st shift in Portland, ME, with a base pay of $21.20 per hour. Requires at least three months of recent machine operator experience.
Required Qualifications
- Must have at least 3 months of machine operator experience within the last 6 months listed on the application
- Must be able to read, write and complete necessary paperwork
- Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
