Job Summary
Operate processing-line machinery to cut, trim, package and inspect poultry products while maintaining safety, food safety, and quality standards. Perform basic maintenance, troubleshooting, and inspection of equipment; ensure the machine is clean, properly assembled, and that safety/biosecurity guidelines are followed. Read and write simple correspondence and present information in one-on-one and small group settings. Maintain a clean work area, collaborate with teammates, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Must be able to work in cool temperatures, stand for 8-11 hours per day, and lift 50 lbs; schedule includes 1st and 3rd shifts with some weekend work. Education: High School Diploma/GED preferred; experience in poultry or food industry is a plus. Strong multitasking, communication, and teamwork skills are essential.
