Job Summary
Operate tools and equipment to support the manufacturing process and work with team members to maintain proper equipment condition. Follow all company safety rules and regulations while completing additional assignments as needed to keep production running safely and efficiently. This role requires manufacturing experience, the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs, and basic computer skills. The position involves cross-training on different equipment and processes. Available shifts include 1st Shift (6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.) and 2nd Shift (4:30 p.m. – 3:00 a.m.), Monday through Thursday, with occasional Friday hours possible.
Required Qualifications
- Manufacturing experience
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Professional, punctual, and consistent attendance
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass required drug screening and background checks
- 1st Shift: 6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday
- 2nd Shift: 4:30 p.m. – 3:00 a.m., Monday through Thursday
- Occasional Friday hours
