Job Summary
Experienced CNC Operator/Machine Operator needed to work with CNC lathe/mill machines, reading blueprints, setups, tooling, and related QA processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include interpreting process sheets and setup cards, installing tooling, programming and operating CNC equipment, adjusting offsets for tolerances, inspecting parts for dimensional accuracy, entering data into ERP, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and maintaining a safe, clean workplace. Must have high school education or equivalent, at least 1 year CNC experience, ability to read blueprints, pass a machinist test, and lift up to 35 lbs while standing for long periods. Emphasis on accuracy, attention to detail, problem-solving, teamwork, and adherence to safety procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year CNC experience or related experience
- High school education or equivalent
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions and blue prints
- External candidates will be required to pass a Machinist test
- Must be able to lift up to 35lbs
- Must be able to stand for an entire shift
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork
- Proficiency with ERP systems
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different processes
