Job Summary
Set up, clean, repair, and maintain filling machines to meet production schedules. Monitor equipment during procedures to ensure optimum running, troubleshoot operational problems, and perform random tests for accuracy. Execute regular and preventative maintenance procedures while maintaining activity logs. Ensure machines produce quality products through periodic output checks. Work in a GMP facility requiring frequent standing, walking, and heavy lifting while wearing lab coats and hairnets. Assist in other areas as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Attention to detail a must
- Frequent walking, standing, climbing, heavy lifting and carrying, stooping, bending, kneeling and reaching
Desired Qualifications
- Vocational training as a machine operator, with 2-3 years of experience
- Must be mechanically inclined with good troubleshooting skills
