Job Summary
Production Associate responsibilities include setting up, adjusting, and operating semi-automated printing machines in a climate-controlled facility, reading and following work instructions, performing basic math, and making minor machine adjustments or repairs. You will verify product quality, inspect design print clarity and color accuracy, package products for shipping when needed, complete daily paperwork including quantity produced and scrap, perform preventive maintenance, maintain a clean work area, support teamwork and continuous process improvement, and participate in cross-training as needed. This role is on a Friday–Sunday weekend shift with a base pay of $19/hour plus shift differential; the site offers benefits, PTO, tuition reimbursement, 401k matching, and advancement opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- The ability to read, write, and speak English clearly
- Computer knowledge
- Must be able to read and understand work instructions, perform basic math functions, and make adjustments to machines and tools
- Any prior experience within manufacturing, machine operator, or production associate preferred
- Comfortable standing for long periods of time
