Job Summary
Operate production and packaging equipment while monitoring performance, adjusting machines, and troubleshooting minor issues. Complete quality and food-safety checks, maintain accurate production records, and follow GMP and sanitation procedures. Keep your work area clean and safe, communicate during shift handoffs, and help meet daily production goals. Suggest safety, quality, and efficiency improvements to support continuous improvement. This role includes a 2-2-3 schedule with built-in days off and offers a starting pay of $21/hour. Required Qualifications
- Must be able to read, write, and understand English to perform job duties effectively and safely
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic troubleshooting
- Ability to read and interpret production schedules, SOPs, and safety documents
- Basic math and computer/data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail, with focus on quality and accuracy
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Minimum 1–2 years' experience in a manufacturing or food processing environment preferred
