Job Summary
Operate and set up bindery equipment including cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders while monitoring quality and making adjustments. Keep machines running smoothly by troubleshooting minor issues and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals and inspect finished products to ensure they meet standards. On your feet for most of the Wednesday through Saturday shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, lifting up to 20 lbs occasionally. Required Qualifications
- Schedule is Wednesday – Saturday, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- 36 hours/week
- Have experience operating machinery in any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, trades, etc.)
- Are mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools
- Can read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.)
- Take pride in doing quality work
- Show up reliably and work well with a team
- On your feet for most of the shift
- Lift up to 20 lbs. occasionally
Desired Qualifications
- It's a plus if you have: Print, bindery, or finishing experience
- Experience setting up or adjusting production equipment
