Job Summary
Operate extrusion equipment and cell machinery to manufacture extruded products. Provide a steady supply of feedstock to extrusion equipment, monitor equipment operation, and ensure products meet quality specifications. Complete production paperwork for each lot, report daily extrusion totals, and maintain a clean, safe work environment. Collaborate with Production Mechanics and management to troubleshoot machinery and product issues. 1st Shift: 5:30 am to 2:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent; prior industrial experience is a plus; be willing to learn plant equipment and work effectively in a team. Washington Mills emphasizes safety, reliability, and hands-on problem solving.
