Machine Operator – Vertical CNC Flex

Operate a vertical CNC machining center (FlexCNC G-Series) to manufacture structural steel and aluminum parts for custom HVAC units. Duties include inserting control instructions, setting up and changing cutting tools, adjusting controls, running programs, verifying finished part dimensions with measuring tools, and performing reworks as needed. Maintain tool calibration, load/unload materials, ensure quality and safety compliance, and potentially work on other equipment (band saw, shear, press drill). Requires CNC programming experience as an asset, working knowledge of production drawings, and strong communication in English. Travel for equipment training may be required.
