Job Summary
Threading texturing machines and ensuring yarn and fiber run properly through them by performing quality checks and repairing broken ends. Participate in and support safety processes and initiatives by immediately reporting or resolving unsafe behaviors and conditions. Maintain high standards of personal commitment while adjusting to fast-paced manufacturing environments and working independently. Requires 12-hour night shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule with top pay up to $22.54 plus $1.00 shift premium. Required Qualifications
- Ability to read
- Ability to stand, walk, reach and bend frequently
- Hand and finger dexterity
- Ability to lift up to 13 lbs. (occasionally)
- Must be able to work independently
- Must have strong attention to detail and safety standards
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Must be able to work 12-hour night shifts
- 2 years previous textile machine operating experience is preferred, but not required (training is provided)
