Job Summary
Operate production machinery to cut, shape, and assemble wood components into finished pallets. Maintain setup, safe operation, and efficient feeding of the machine; stack and label/band products as required; keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety and quality procedures; perform pre-shift startup inspections and maintain production records; participate in safety, CI, and related programs; contribute to a fast-paced team environment and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED is preferred but not required
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in manufacturing and/or assembling is required
- Working knowledge of basic math preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
