Job Summary
Maintain safe work areas by collecting debris, disposing of sawdust and lumber, and cleaning industrial equipment. Operate various light and heavy industrial machinery while progressively qualifying on numerous machine centers throughout the facility. Perform diverse job assignments that may change daily, adhering strictly to mill safety policies and procedures. Work outdoors in all temperatures within loud, high-volume environments, engaging in physical tasks including walking, standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Support team culture through effective communication and flexibility to work rotating shifts, holidays, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work outdoors in all temperatures in loud, high-volume environments performing physical tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position which includes walking, standing, sitting, climbing stairs, bending and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work rotating shifts, holidays, and weekends
- Successful completion of a pre-employment aptitude testing, background check, drug screen test, and physical
