Job Summary
Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot machinery for rewinding, cutting, and packaging materials including labels, film, and paper. Perform daily product quality checks, ensure proper machine calibration, and adhere to safety standards while collaborating with team members to meet production goals. Work the 1st shift in a fast-paced environment requiring the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work amidst noise and dust. Requires a high school diploma, previous machine operator experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to read technical manuals and blueprints.
Required Qualifications

- Previous machine operator experience in a production environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Basic knowledge of safety practices and equipment
