Machine Operator Technician (Training Provided)

Operate and set up high-speed bindery equipment including cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders while monitoring quality and making adjustments. Keep machines running smoothly by troubleshooting minor issues to maintain production flow and inspect finished products against quality standards. Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals while following safety procedures and maintaining a clean, organized workspace in a factory environment. This 1st shift position runs Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 3 PM with potential overtime. Training is provided for those without prior bindery experience.
