Machine Operator Technician (Training Provided)

Operate and set up bindery equipment including cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders while monitoring quality and making adjustments to keep machines running smoothly. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet standards, troubleshoot minor issues to maintain production flow, and work as part of a team to hit daily goals. Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace in a factory environment with regular exposure to dust, noise, and fumes. This 1st shift position runs Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 3 PM with potential overtime, and training is provided for those without prior bindery experience.
