Job Summary
Operate and set up bindery equipment including cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders while monitoring quality and troubleshooting minor issues to hit daily production goals. Keep machines running smoothly by making adjustments, inspect finished products, and follow safety procedures to maintain a clean, organized workspace. Work Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 3 PM in a factory environment with potential for overtime. Training is provided for those without prior bindery experience.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma, or GED
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools
- Can read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.)
- Take pride in doing quality work
- Show up reliably and work well with a team
- Safety toe shoes
- Hearing protection
- Ability to lift, carry, push and/or pull 50lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Print, bindery, or finishing experience
- Experience setting up or adjusting production equipment
