Machine Operator Technician (Training Provided)

Job Summary
Operate and set up bindery equipment including cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders while monitoring quality and making adjustments. Keep machines running smoothly by troubleshooting minor issues to maintain daily production goals. Inspect finished products against quality standards and follow safety procedures to maintain a clean, organized workspace. Work Monday through Friday from 6:30AM to 3PM with potential overtime, standing for most of the shift and lifting up to 50lbs in a factory environment with exposure to dust, noise, and chemicals. Training provided for bindery operations.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma, or GED
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools
- Can read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.)
- Take pride in doing quality work
- Show up reliably and work well with a team
- Safety toe shoes
- Hearing protection
- Ability to lift, carry, push and/or pull 50lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Print, bindery, or finishing experience
- Experience setting up or adjusting production equipment
