Machine Operator/Team Member- 12 Hour Night Shift

Machine Operator/Team Member on a 12 Hour Night Shift responsible for operating and changing over specified machinery, performing QC checks, data logging, and maintaining product quality. Requires ability to train/perform tasks for other associates, strong communication and teamwork, forklift operation, basic computer skills, and understanding of production schedules and inventory control. Responsibilities include troubleshooting at root cause level, completing preventive maintenance with Maintenance, maintaining logs and QC records, and ensuring safety and efficiency in a team-focused environment. Education requires a high school degree or equivalent with in-house training; 1 year of manufacturing or technical experience preferred.
