Machine Operator

Set up machines including calibration, cleaning, and preparation for production runs. Operate and adjust machine settings such as speed and feed to ensure optimal performance. Feed raw materials or parts into semi-automated machines, monitor operation, and perform routine checks to ensure proper functionality. Inspect finished parts using measuring tools to ensure quality standards are met and identify minor machine issues during production. Manage chemical usage, storage, and disposal in accordance with safety standards while recording production data and maintaining accurate activity logs. Follow all safety protocols and wear required protective equipment. Requires 1+ years of experience in a factory or manufacturing role; live within 30 minutes of Sanford.
