Job Summary
Set up, operate, and adjust production machinery while monitoring performance and troubleshooting minor operational issues. Perform quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process using calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify product specifications. Read work instructions, maintain accurate production and quality records, and support machine uptime and continuous improvement initiatives. Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping requirements while collaborating with team members to meet daily production goals. Previous machining or CNC experience is required, with a preference for lathe or grinder operation skills.

- Ability to use precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
