Job Summary
Operate and monitor packaging and production equipment while performing setups, changeovers, and minor adjustments. Package products to required specifications, including weight and labeling, and maintain accurate production and quality documentation. Inspect materials, report issues, and separate products requiring rework. Perform basic preventive maintenance, keep work areas sanitary, and ensure GMPs and safety standards are followed. Communicate daily production needs with supervisors and support the packing team. This full-time role in Bolingbrook, IL, runs 2:30pm to 1am Monday through Thursday.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable attendance and ability to work scheduled shift
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Frequent bending, lifting, reaching, and climbing
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs repeatedly
- Comfortable working around machinery and moving equipment
- PPE required (safety glasses, gloves)
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
