Job Summary
Operate and maintain machines and equipment while adhering to all quality and safety standards, including completing full setups of rewind machines and performing quality tests per ISO procedures. Make adjustments and troubleshooting using hand tools, follow work order instructions, and resolve problems of limited complexity by following detailed procedures. Contribute through execution of defined processes, receive direct supervision for routine work, and train other team members directed by supervisor or lead. First shift from 5:45am to 2pm with a rate of $20 per hour and a retention bonus of $1500 after six months.
Required Qualifications
- Operate and maintain machines and equipment while adhering to all quality and safety standards
- Demonstrates and understands the functions and basic mechanical workings of assigned machines under limited supervision
- Be able to make adjustments and troubleshooting using hand tools
- Performs quality tests per ISO procedures
- Complies with all required safety practices and use of PPE
- Receives Direct Supervision for routine work, new projects or assignments
- Trains other team members directed by supervisor or lead
