Job Summary
Adhere to all safety, quality, and business policies while maintaining a clean, organized work environment. Use a tablet to generate production documentation and perform assembly, insulating, and material processing per work instructions, bills of material, and build specifications. Setup and operate equipment, conduct self and progressive inspections, and document travelers, logs, reports, and Red Tags. Maintain tools and equipment through proper storage, basic preventive maintenance, and service requests. Perform work to acceptable quality and productivity levels, cross-train in multiple machinery, and switch machines as needed. Available for the 2nd shift (6PM–6AM).
Required Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent experience
- Relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
- Basic math and reading skills
- Basic computer skills
- Available to work on the 2nd Shift
- Shift Hours: 6PM - 6AM
Desired Qualifications
- Technical diploma, trade school certification, or coursework in manufacturing, mechanics, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience operating automated or semi-automated machinery
- Experience with preventive maintenance or troubleshooting of machinery
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, or SOPs
