Job Summary
Operate and set up specific work centers to manufacture electrical submersible pump cable and rubber molded products. Monitor equipment, perform adjustments, and document processes accurately. Communicate effectively across levels, follow health, safety, and PPE procedures, and complete required safety training. Capable of lifting 10–50 lbs, standing for long periods, and working all three shifts with rotation and overtime. Collaborate with team members and area managers, and input/retrieve data accurately.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years mechanical/manufacturing experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Forklift operating experience preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift 10-50 lbs
- Willing to work all 3 shifts and overtime
- Ability to use measuring instruments and read specifications
- Safety training completion (e.g., forklift, electrical, emergency response, PPE)
