Machine Operator (Splice) - 1st Shift

Operate rubber injection molding machines to fabricate rubber components, ensuring quality operation of the process and performing quality checks and controls. Maintain pre-determined efficiency, standards, and productivity rates while preparing and maintaining accurate production records. Follow standard operating procedures, including work instructions and revision control, and keep track of approved and defective units. Adhere to plant safety procedures, wear appropriate protective equipment, and maintain a clean and orderly work area. Complete shift change forms with accurate information and perform necessary cleaning and maintenance. This role requires a High School diploma/GED, prior manufacturing or quality control experience, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Candidates must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed to meet business objectives.
