Job Summary
Setup equipment by loading and unloading robotic shotpeen work centers, following process techniques and operation sketches to manage airflow, intensity, and pressure. Work alongside Process Technicians to optimize machines and produce quality parts while monitoring automated line efficiencies. Read OP sketches to identify requirements and minimize downtime through the ANDON system. Maintain acceptable production and quality levels, practice safety, and uphold good housekeeping. Support continuous improvement, 5S activities, and Standard Work Development in the cell. Perform other duties as assigned. Work weekends (Friday-Sunday) from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Minimum of one year of relevant manufacturing experience
- Strong PC skills
- Understanding of written work instructions
- Demonstrated experience in material handling
- Demonstrated experience in hoist operations
- Eligibility to work in Canada
- Successful candidate must meet all requirements under ITAR
- Successful candidate must meet all requirements under CCGP
- Work Weekend Days (Friday-Sunday)
- Work 6:00 am - 6:00 pm
Desired Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to operate and use an overhead crane in a safe manner
