Job Summary
Machine Operators are responsible for ensuring the company produces on-time quality parts, starting and stopping machines safely, monitoring operations, checking part quality, and assisting in maintenance and repairs. Key responsibilities include operating machinery, performing periodic checks, producing parts to specifications, and maintaining a clean workspace. Desired candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, a willingness to learn, and some experience in manufacturing environments. Candidates must pass pre-employment drug tests and be authorized to work in the U.S.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Adequate work experience may be substituted in lieu of diploma or GED
- Willingness to follow written or oral work instructions and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods of time
Desired Qualifications
- Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing facility
- Familiarity of various manufacturing tools and machinery including but not limited to facers, lathes, CNC’s, and other mechanical machinery
- Bilingual language skills in English and Spanish
- Ability to work well with others and be organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to lift heavy equipment, to bend, and to stand or walk for long periods of time
- Willingness to work in shifts that may include early or late hours, weekends, or overtime if necessary

- Satisfactory pre-employment drug testing is required
