Job Summary
Operate sheet metal forming and stamping equipment, including laser forming, to produce sheet metal components for assembly. Follow current standard shop floor job protocols, perform other related duties, and complete all necessary records. 1st Shift: Monday through Thursday, 5:00am to 3:00pm with a paid 30-minute lunch; overtime may be required. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, related technical training or six months+ machine operating experience, ability to lift 25/50+ pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform intermediate math. Reading basic engineering drawings and using measuring devices like tape measures and calipers is strongly preferred. There is potential for hourly wage progression based on performance and reviews at 90 days, six months, and one year.
