Job Summary
Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently while monitoring performance to identify operational issues. Perform quality checks throughout production and collaborate with team members and maintenance personnel to keep equipment running properly. Follow all company safety policies and procedures and complete additional duties as assigned. This role supports a custom automotive manufacturing company specializing in custom materials and automotive services, offering a 4-day work week with occasional Friday overtime.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Strong attendance and punctuality.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Drug screen and background check required.
Desired Qualifications
- Manufacturing experience preferred.
- Experience operating hydraulic manufacturing equipment is a plus.
