Job Summary
Run production equipment efficiently while performing precision assembly, grit-and-grime blasting, and complex component disassembly. Operate a wide variety of manual and power tools to ensure parts are prepped, machined, and built to perfection. This hands-on, 1st shift role in Berlin, WI requires at least two years of machine operator experience and excellent mechanical aptitude. You will work independently at the heart of the production process, switching gears between tasks from precision assembly to grit-and-grime blasting.
