Job Summary
Operate multi-head Wilcom Embroidery Machines and other production equipment while learning to hoop and prepare soft goods. Thread machines and change needles using hand-eye coordination, then read and execute production work orders. Monitor machine function, maintain a clean and organized workstation, and communicate professionally with team members and supervisors. This seasonal role runs from October to January, with a 1st shift schedule of 6 am to 2:30 pm Monday through Friday. The position is onsite at the Mechanicsburg, PA facility for Merchology's B2B apparel and corporate gift operations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to safely lift up to 25 pounds
- Basic computer skills to read and print work orders as needed
- Knowledge of English language to understand safety and training requirements and review and process work orders
