Job Summary
Operate bag machines, inspect products, and pack good quality bags into boxes while adhering to safety, quality, and Good Manufacturing Practices. Manage scrap, efficiency, and product quality by reporting suspect items to the Shift Leader. Push boxes of bags from packers' conveyor to box conveyor and maintain clean, sanitized machine areas. Learn to pack all bag specifications and assist operators or inspectors when needed. Perform tasks from a standing position with breaks every two hours.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to read and interpret standard measuring tapes
- Ability to work safely and effectively with minimal supervision
