Job Summary
Machine Operator for Rich’s Great Kitchens division operating and supervising ice cream cake molding equipment. Responsible for setting up casting materials, ensuring equipment runs to efficiency while maintaining safety, GMP, and quality standards; assist the Casting Lead in supervising the molding line; maintain safe, sanitary, cost-effective production and resolve hazards. Requires high school diploma or GED, 1+ years operator experience, basic computer skills (Excel/Word), strong communication, reliability, initiative, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and flexibility to manage others. Location: Chicago Heights, IL, on-site.
