Job Summary
Machine Operator, RHSB on C Shift in Sparta, TN is an entry-level production operator role responsible for running and supporting Reheat Stretch Blow (RHSB) machines. You will pack, inspect, label, and prepare bottles for shipment while adhering to safety and quality standards. Essential duties include safely operating production equipment, rotating between machines and packing styles, assembling boxes with a tape gun, scanning items, selecting box sizes, verifying cap requirements, labeling completed boxes, maintaining a clean workstation, and reporting defects. The role requires PPE usage and may involve overtime to support production. Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, 6+ months of packing or machine operation experience, manufacturing experience, a safety/quality mindset, basic computer and scanning skills, and the ability to rotate tasks and follow instructions.
