Job Summary
Operate and support Reheat Stretch Blow (RHSB) machines by safely running equipment, packing, inspecting, labeling, and preparing bottles for shipment. Rotate between machines and packing styles, select correct box sizes, and assemble boxes using a tape gun. Scan required items, line up assembled boxes at the machine, and verify order requirements for caps before folding liners and placing caps or liners in boxes. Place completed boxes on the conveyor, inspect product samples for defects, and immediately report any issues to the Processor. Fold liners over product to prevent contamination and apply labels correctly. Maintain a clean workstation by sweeping, removing trash, and restocking supplies. Work a 12-hour C shift with mandatory overtime available to support production or cover absences.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to perform standing job for 8 to 12 consecutive hours
- Ability to remain stationery for extended periods of time
- Ability to move around production floor
- Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and leaders
- Ability to move, adjust, and position anywhere from 10 to 25 pounds
- Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, reach and grasp for varying periods of time during a consecutive 8- to 12-hour period

- Must be able to inspect product samples at the end of the conveyor for visible defects
