Job Summary
Operate and monitor production line machinery including packaging, sewing, and labeling equipment while adjusting settings for different product specifications. Oversee the production process, ensuring lines run smoothly and efficiently by conducting regular quality checks and tracking metrics to report deviations. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning and lubricating equipment, and execute changeovers between product types with minimal downtime. Identify and resolve minor equipment malfunctions, reporting major issues to the Maintenance Department. Adhere to all safety procedures and food safety protocols while collaborating with team members and supervisors to address production concerns.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required
- Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including potential overtime or weekend shifts
Desired Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot production machinery
