Job Summary
Operate production machinery such as CNC routers, shapers, sanders, saws, or molding equipment used in cabinet door manufacturing. Set up machines according to work orders, load raw materials, and unload finished components safely. Monitor operations to ensure proper performance, inspect components for defects, and make minor adjustments as needed. Maintain a clean, organized work area, follow safety procedures including lockout/tagout practices, and wear required PPE. Perform basic troubleshooting, report equipment malfunctions, and maintain accurate production documentation. Meet production, quality, and efficiency standards while following job routing instructions.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to read basic measurements and use measuring tools
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to safely operate industrial woodworking or manufacturing equipment
- Strong understanding of quality standards and defect identification
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
- Dependable, punctual, and quality-focused
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach, for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50-75lbs occasionally
- Use of required personal protective equipment (PPE)

- Previous experience in manufacturing, machine operation, or cabinet industry
- Knowledge of cabinet manufacturing processes, materials, and construction methods
