Machine Operator – Punch/Shear CNC

Operate CNC punch and laser machines (Salvagnini S4 and SL4) to manufacture HVAC sheet metal panels and components. Responsibilities include preparing, adjusting, and operating the CNC punch and laser, changing cutting tools or adjusting controls when automated programming faults occur, ensuring product quality by reviewing specifications and part dimensions with gauges, verifying laser beam integrity, and adhering to safety and quality standards. Read production drawings, program codes and parts, and maintain a steady production pace while contributing as a collaborative, dependable team member. May be asked to work on other equipment as production needs arise. Proficiency in English communication is required. Upon conditional offer, additional job-related screenings will be conducted.
