Machine Operator/Production Worker

Job Summary
Operate machinery on a food-manufacturing production line and perform quality checks on the appearance of finished products to ensure recipe consistency. Inspect equipment for proper operation, verify membrane seals and temperatures, conduct metal detector checks and calibrations, ensure correct product labeling and counts, and assist with salad preparation and other production tasks. Complete daily documentation in the ERP system, follow procedures, disassemble/reassemble machinery as needed, and communicate issues to Maintenance. Maintain a safe, clean work environment and adhere to safety and QA protocols. Lift/push/pull 50+ pounds, work in cold environments, and be able to stand for extended periods. On-the-job training is provided. The role is hourly and non-exempt with a Monday–Friday schedule starting at 4 AM; benefits and a sign-on bonus are offered after probation.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift and push/pull 50 pounds or more
- Must be able to work in cold/warm environments (34-36 degrees in production rooms)
- Must be able to read, write, and comprehend English
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must pass extensive pre-employment criminal background check
- Must pass pre-employment drug test
