Job Summary
Machine Operator/Production Worker responsible for quality checks on finished products, inspecting and maintaining production machinery, disassembling and reassembling equipment, documenting daily production information, verifying labels, codes and dates, ensuring membrane seals and correct heat seal temperatures, and supporting the production department. Position starts at 4AM, Monday–Friday, in Schwenksville, PA; non-exempt, hourly, with no guaranteed overtime; requires ability to lift 40–50 pounds and work in cold or warm environments; includes benefits after 60 days and a $250 sign-on bonus after 6 months.
Required Qualifications
