Job Summary
The Press Operator will be responsible for product quality and productivity on web press. The role offers on-the-job training via Sheridan Academy, potential career advancement, tuition reimbursement, and a comprehensive benefits package. The schedule is a night shift (Wednesday–Saturday, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM) with overtime opportunities, including a $1,000 hiring bonus after 12 weeks and a $5,000 relocation bonus. The position emphasizes safety, reliability, and the ability to work at a rapid pace in a manufacturing/printing environment. Located in Enfield, NH, US.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of a High School diploma or GED/HiSET required.
- 4 years of total printing experience, 3 years of which are related to the position or equipment, required.
- Good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills required.
- Ability to perform work productively and safely.
- Reliable; good attendance is required.
- Must possess ability to work at a rapid pace.
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to a maximum of 50 lbs. frequently.
- Frequent standing, walking, handling, and reaching/working overhead required.
- Occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, sitting, crouching, and crawling required.
- Good visual acuity and manual dexterity required.
- Must wear hearing protection, eye protection, and safety shoes.
