Job Summary
Machine Operator - Press role focusing on quality and productivity on a web press; requires a high school diploma or GED, 4 years total printing experience with 3 years in related equipment, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, ability to work overtime, lift up to 50 lbs, and operate safely with required protective gear. Shift is Wednesday–Saturday, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM (36 hours/week) with overtime and shift differentials; offers training through Sheridan Academy, tuition reimbursement, career advancement opportunities, and relocation/hiring bonuses. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED/HiSET
- 4 years of total printing experience, 3 years related to position/equipment
- good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- ability to perform work productively and safely
- reliable; good attendance
- mandatory overtime as needed
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently
- frequent standing, walking, handling, overhead reaching
- occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, sitting, crouching, crawling
- visual acuity and manual dexterity
- protective gear (hearing protection, eye protection, safety shoes)
